Uchenna Ogechukwu is a highly dedicated and driven mental health professional with a
profound specialization in addressing substance abuse disorders among youth and
adolescents. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Hartford and
currently, Uchenna is actively working towards obtaining a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental
Health Counseling, further honing her expertise to provide comprehensive support.

Uchenna is on a constant journey to create a safe and nurturing space for residents under her
care. Recognizing the unique challenges that youth and adolescents face, she strives to ensure
that every individual feels seen, heard, and understood.

Uchenna is a Nigerian-American immigrant who was raised in Queens, NY. She grew up singing
and performing and currently likes writing music in her free time. She also enjoys dance, travel,
and art.
