Our mission is to support young adults on their transition
to independence with residences that are affirming and
support growth, healing and community.
At dWELL, we have created something new. Gender-affirming recovery housing that promotes skill-based learning and community support for young adults navigating mental health concerns.
New York, NY
dWELL Home offers more than a recovery house, but a unique, supported living community for young adults in one of Manhattan’s most vibrant residential neighborhoods.
Our gender affirming recovery housing is for young adults of all genders, gender identities and expressions including cisgender, transgender and gender non-binary.
dWELL residences are a soft landing for young adults with any range of mental health, substance use, mood, learning, and eating concerns. We are a substance-free environment where you can focus on your growth and wellbeing.
Our 24/7 awake staff (Resident Advisors or RAs) provide you with accountability and support as you practice the skills of independent living in a residential setting. RAs do not provide clinical treatment but work in collaboration with your outside clinical team to help you pursue your treatment goals.
Our mission is to help young adults launch and lead autonomous lives filled with passion, purpose and direction. An affirming and supportive living environment like dWELL helps make that possible.
